This impact evaluation aims to assess the overall effectiveness of the AgResults Challenge Project in increasing the incomes of smallholder farmers (SHF) involved in aquaculture. Focusing on the project’s two prize categories—technology and technical assistance—the evaluation examines how introducing or expanding aquaculture technologies and support services (technical assistance) impacts SHF productivity and profitability. By addressing critical questions about these interventions, the evaluation offers valuable insights into how innovations in aquaculture can drive economic improvements for smallholder farmers.
