This study aims to map discrepancies between central and regional data, as well as identify the data sources used by local governments in planning teacher workforce needs.
Key activities include:
- Field visits to conduct in-depth interviews with regional stakeholders such as BGTK, Education Offices, Bappeda, BKPSDM, and public elementary schools.
- Interactive dashboard development to support local governments in visualizing and managing the teacher fulfillment process.
- Online training to strengthen regional capacity in utilizing data effectively.
Through this initiative, the study provides practical tools and insights to help regions align their data with national standards and improve planning for teacher allocation.
