This supervision initiative is part of Tanoto Foundation’s support for the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, specifically the Directorate of PPG, in ensuring that Teacher Education Institutions (LPTK) meet the required standards.
The supervision activities focus on:
- Administrative compliance — verifying that LPTKs have completed all necessary documentation.
- Curriculum quality — ensuring that the PPG curriculum aligns with national standards.
- Program implementation — monitoring that PPG programs are delivered according to the quality benchmarks set out in the Teacher Education Standards under Ministerial Regulation No. 55 of 2017 and the guidelines of the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs.
Through this structured supervision, the program strengthens the capacity of LPTKs to deliver high-quality teacher education and uphold national standards in professional teacher preparation.
